A Letter From Your PTSA President

Welcome to the 2016-2017 school year at Granite Hills High School! As your PTSA President, it is my pleasure to greet you and share my thoughts about the wonderful comm”unity” we have here at Granite Hills. I am committed to serve our STUDENTS, our TEACHERS and our COMMUNITY. It is a blessing to be involved and I promise to do my best as we work together in a partnership. Together, marvelous things can happen. Our first goal as a board is to connect you to the school using this brand new website and monthly email communications. We hope to keep you “in the loop” since our kids don’t often share all that’s happening at school! We will also connect you to your students this year by providing an opportunity to purchase “Final’s Care Packages” in November 2016 and May 2017!

But first, we need YOUR MEMBERSHIP and I invite YOU to JOIN GHHS PTSA today if you haven’t already done so. There is an easy way to join, using the links above and making an online donation. Your $15 membership is equal to about $1.50/month our kids are in school and fund wonderful programs and provide communications, community education and staff appreciation activities. Our school is committed to our student’s success this year with new technology, a positive school culture implementing the “Code” — Respect, Responsibility and Pride, and the new student leadership course entitle “S.O.A.R.”

Granite Hills is doing amazing things and as our principal says, “Together Granite Hills will carry on our tradition of excellence in the 2016-2017 school year.” I give my same commitment as your Parent/Teacher/Student Association (PTSA) leader. Join today and be part of something extraordinary! Make a difference in your child’s educational experience. Go EAGLES!!
